        　　在昨日召開的3G在中國2008全球高層論壇上，中國移動技術部總經理周建明表示，中國移動還會繼續擴建GSM網絡，因為其業務量還在迅速增長。
        

        　　周建明說，“TD網絡盡管在不斷建設，但是現在并沒有非�？斓匕�2G的應用轉移到TD網絡上去。目前，GSM每年的話務量還迅速增長，如果不擴建2G網絡，那么用戶這個需求就得不到滿足，所以現在不可能把2G網絡建設停下來�！�
        

        　　周建明同時表示，希望能夠通過2G、3G網絡很好的相互操作，以及其他一些業務措施，來加快TD用戶的發展。
        

        　　據了解，中國移動今年在GSM網絡上投資700億元用于網絡升級和擴容，其中，上半年投資200億元，下半年投資500億元。(葉勇)
