        　　雖然部分試商用用戶對國產3G網絡TD-SCDMA通話質量有所抱怨，工業和信息化部副部長奚國華昨天在奧運服務通信服務與保障發布會上卻給出了高分，“TD的話音質量一點問題也沒有。”同時，他表示TD網絡商業化已基本成熟，具備了商用的條件。 
        


        　　他表示，目前TD的覆蓋已經達到了GSM網的95%以上，換句話說，它的覆蓋到目前為止和2G網還有5%左右的差距。“TD網絡建設不過一年時間，而GSM網絡已經建設了十幾年。”此外，由于TD屬于第三代通信標準，它具有目前GSM網絡不具備的很多功能，例如視頻通話、手機電視等。為了滿足此次奧運的需求，中移動開發了45項新的業務，以滿足奧運服務的需要，“我們對TD服務于奧運是充滿信心的”。 （馬佳）
