        　　微軟反盜版黑屏計劃目前也受到中消協的關注。昨天下午，中消協邀請反壟斷執法機構、軟件行業協會以及法律專家等多方人士，召開“家用電腦軟件消費熱點問題研討會”。據一位參會者昨晚向記者透露，中消協在會上特別針對微軟黑屏計劃拋出5大疑問進行探討。
        


        　　這包括：微軟公司黑屏行為是否侵犯了用戶的隱私權、安全權、物權基本權利，甚至危害到國家信息安全，涉嫌違反國家有關法律規定；微軟在各國打擊盜版的做法不同，對中國消費者采用這種區別待遇是否妥當等。（楊濱）
