        　　聯通董事長兼首席執行官常小兵近日證實，目前已接到工業和信息化部的通知，要求運營商在天津和深圳試行除TD號段外的號碼攜號轉網的試驗。而上周受中國政府可能出臺攜號轉網政策的影響，中資電信股在香港遭遇大規模拋售。 
        

        　　據了解，此次攜號轉網的兩地試點中，除中移動TD專屬157號段外，其它號碼均可實現跨運營商的攜號轉網。早在今年的5月24日，工業和信息化部、國家發改委和財政部聯合發布的《關于深化電信體制改革的通告》中就表示，將“在一定時期內采取必要的非對稱管制措施”，并建立和完善與之相適應的監管體制。中國聯通和中國網通相關高管在8月間均證實，運營商已參與政府組織的運營商不對稱管制措施討論。(魏宗凱)
