        　　記者從陜西省考試管理中心獲悉，為了有效防止“高考移民”，陜西省規定2009年高考考生學籍戶籍均須在陜滿3年。 
        


        　　截至2009年8月31日常住戶口和高級中等教育學籍均在陜滿3年、身體健康的人員，可報名參加高考。陜西省2009年高考報名時間為12月1日至7日。2009年高考報考科類分為文史、藝術(文)、理工、藝術(理)、體育5個類別。考生報名時只能選報其中的一類，報名后不得更改報考科類。 
        


        　　陜西省考試管理中心要求，要把嚴防“高考移民”作為2009年高考報名檢查的重點，完善戶籍學籍雙認定。嚴格辦理轉學手續，嚴禁偽造學籍檔案。要在報名工作開始前，請公安部門加強對考生資格的審查，重點審查持有外地公安機關簽發的居民身份證的考生。一旦涉及“高考移民”的違法違規案件，除依法追究當事人的責任外，還要追究單位主管領導及有關責任人的責任。（記者段博）
